Is it possible for me to contact the Ministry of Labour or Ministry of Interior anonymously via their website to enquire what can be done before logging a complain with them.

Despite my deteriorating health, my employer is not letting me go back to my country. Talked to him twice but he is still insisting that I must complete a work which may take 1 month to be completed. And my health is not good at all. He does not want to understand a word even though I have been to the hospital 4 times already.
