I think I need to elaborate on my words. I am NOT disputing the fact that there are bad drivers, I am saying that there are WORSE drivers in the countries mentioned. READ and UNDERSTAND!
I am tempted to ask where in those countries you've lived, but I somehow think google will play a major factor.
