I hope that there will be more cameras and more patrols to stop those people.

I was not talking down, I just founded to 'coincidental' that hummer has been to the same countries I've been to. I was given the impression that he was simply saying what he said to simply reply rather to give a level answer.
If you go on and read my reply you will see that he totally disregards the meaning behind my post.
He understands it as "no Qatar is not bad" but I am saying that "Qatar is not AS bad as certain countries"
I have ALWAYS stopped for pedestrians :)
there is no argument, driving in the states must be better than Qatar. (or so I assume)
