Easier said than done. Have you tried advocating someone from not smoking in public? I have done that severals times and am speaking from the reactions received. I am a smoker too but I do so responsibly, I don't break the laws.
I still agree one could label a person of being a racist for put up an allegation like that. Then again, its food for thought if majority of people from a particular country or race are flouting the laws.
Perhaps better usage would be flaunting their authority over others!
