First of All, the B******* who rape women should be punished neverthless . Having said that, I am not supporting the decision here,, but for the sake of argument..
* In Saudi, It is prohibited for women to travel with unknown men or non-relatives.
* The women in this case, purely violated the rule of that particular coutry, which is punishable in any country if you break a rule. (lets not get into argument, is it OK for a rule like that)
* Again 2 wrong doesnt make it right, that oppurtunity made those B******* to do what they wanted.
About the ruling, Well NO COMMENTS.
As per Islamic Rules, the culprits should be stoned to death if they are married ... They got jail sentance here, (probably they werent married).
Having said that, I am not trying to justify what the men did is right, My point is, we all missed out in this forum that ,, the RULES were broken from Instance 1.. By she getting into a car with unknown men..
Ingrediant for trouble ?
She was Brave and strong enough to come to courts to fight her case.. the more women come forward,, the chances of Court acting is higher... Would have loved to read the lashes was 0..
