i think alexis knows that what he's about to do is wrong and also knew the answer to his question. he is just trying to find loopholes so he can justify keeping the extra cash and use it on other things..

it is very simple, if you bring your family over not as visitors but as residence, then you are entitled to get married housing allowance.. otherwise don't cheat your company, they're the ones paying you so you can provide for your family.. if you decide to do the wrong thing, and you get caught.. you better be saving all those money because you'll be paying back way more than what you got from them...
Honesty is still the best policy...
