They sell them in Pharmacies....BE WARNED- I took one and it knocked me out for 14 hrs and was spaced out for like 22 hrs. Make sure you don't have to go anywhere for at least a day. Oh and it's not a long term solution.
Herbal pills have never worked for me...I think you’re to take them throughout the day so by the evening your relaxed- this can take days even weeks to work. The good news is they are harmless unlike tranquilizers.
