Yes as far as i know you are not allowed to work else where other than what is offered to you by your sponsor.Regardless of what visa you got.don't take a chance i would say.
Now people do small time jobs like photography or teaching academics or cultural activities etc,but stll it's all done under the radar.well,if you look there are lots of them who has been doing this for years,and still no probs.maybe their luck.
