WAQS was the first place i did go... they mentioned abt a pet being a family memeber and all. but they do not let u take the decisions for the family member(pets from QAWS)... for example i am against neutering, they say its compulsory... and the cost involved in adopting a dog from QAWS is much much higher than buying a pure bred from a breeder... i am not against QAWS... but adopting from QAWS is for the extremely rich people...
