well! chelsea...its not only the expense tht bothered me.. i wudnt want anyone to really tell me wht to do with my kids...i love them and i wud try to do the best for them... QAWS cant dictate the terms to me.. for me a pet is as good as my family...at QAWS, from the minute i walked in, i felt a negative attitude.. rather than encouraging adoption, the rep went on tellign me y it is so difficult to keep a pet... my husband was so totally put off... the attitude was simply too much... hav u ever wondered y dogs at QAWS stay there for 2-3 years... thts coz of the attitude they show wen people show up for adoption... and they dont realise the fact tht no matter how much they feed the animals there, end of the day they go back to a cage not a home... and frankly speaking i feel, if i really need to do a good deed i had rather rescue an animal from souq waqif coz they are the ones tht really need the food, family and healthcare.. no one buys them, they will die in their cage.. in QAWS atleast they are fed...
