Regarding your advice to check the facts, the fact is that it seems only the cheaper third-party batteries can overheat and explode and those cases have been reported. To my knowledge there has not been a case of a correctly functioning origiinal-equipment battery reported as malfunctioning.

Generally i find thats peeps don t bother to do a bit of research before thety forward these panic-button type of emails around the planet.
