The best advise I can give is dont bother over the phone, when you go to the store if you can't find it dont bother asking if they dont speak english well, as the only replies you will get is, yes, inshalla maybe next month or my personal fav leave your number and we will call you when it comes in ( I am still waiting to hear from Toys R Us about a jungle gym for my kids, its been about 18 months now) so happy shopping.
