You also knew it was a local just because he was driving a cruiser! Good think Qatar has a law which doesn't allow expats to drive cruisers.

(Note, yes there's a high probability that a Qatari is driving the cruiser however negative assumption really annoys me, sometimes I feel people just come into Qatar to just moan and diss out locals)
