I have to make a comment here on behalf of creamy (who I don't know!) but am in the field, myself.
The training that the Eastern European women have in the skin care field is immensely different than the ones here in the middle east or Asia...even in the States is quite different. She is most likely looking for someone who was trained in the same manner, not being racist but because of the schooling and techniques. The eastern europeans basically STARTED the skin care field many year ago and therefore have such a head start over the rest of the field its not even funny.
So perhaps she worded her thread wrong...if she is from that area, perhaps her English usage isn't the best either...there are lots of reasons...and maybe not one of then was related to racism.
