Give them a couple of years buddy, they will change. I have seen Qatar change a lot in the last 1 year. Another 2 more years the veils will ease off. But I doubt if the driving will change soon. I am hopeful that the traffic police are working on it.

I was also wondering if what photo these ladies affix on the driving license. How would the guy who administers the test know if the one who gets the license is the one who took the test?
