I have been bullied too by my superior and she was female too...

i put my case before the boss, and she got a telling off.  

But somehow the multi-people bullying i dont get.

I dont understand why wud the supervisor and boss bully one person..... for example spicemeup.

why wud her supervisor bully her and the boss support the supervisor........

has she tried the department meetings and getting things out into the open.... it has worked for me.

try and obtain the support of the department......most important...
