when he comes in. He's a captain in the Qatari police force. but I think it would truly depend on the situation. But given the fact that he was walking in the middle of the road and drinking underage and not a local, I would hazard a guess that the situation if the cops had picked him up wouldn't be as pleasant as just dropping him home. not to mention the fact if he was drinking at a licenced establishment then it could bring the whole liquor laws here under scrutiny.
