This is one of the many technical colleges in the US. Tuition is sometimes more expensive than public schools. Its not regionally accredited (http://www.chea.org/Directories/regional.asp). Regional accreditation is considered the top standard in the US, and most top schools have some sort of regional accreditation. This doesn't mean that this college has low standards.
I don't like looking at US News or Forbes. I tell my students that its not about what's best; its about what's best for them. Different schools have different teaching/learning styles and different environments. If a student can't cope with one school that's supposedly good and drops out then it doesn't beat out a student who found the right school that fits them and succeeds exceedingly well (does all the extracurricular, gets to know their professors, becomes a student leader, etc).

Good luck.
