The best way to let ur direct manager know....tell him directly!! Other methods are there , like putting into the mail any of ur trademark usages or info that he knows that only u know...but its best to tell directly at the right opportunity ofcourse.
Its quite understandable if u feel bad when someone else gets all the appreciation for ur hardwork , but dude, u need to put a limit on those free lunches that you serve!! You are not his secretary for God's sake! I mean once or twice the help is understandable but to continue it??
If you want to send ur bosses a very clear indication tht its not his work, manage to abstain from it for once and let him do it once and take it to them...they'll know if they got any sense.
