Yes, I think the problem may even be worse than is being reported. There are several regions around the globe being affected by this. Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa, parts of the Middles East are areas that come to mind just in the past 60 days. Obviously the FAO met in Rome last week but I haven't heard any good news. In fact the opposite, it will probably get worse. I'm not a pessimist but my goodness. . .
