someone said that islam can be practiced in Christian dominated countries very freely and their religion can not be practiced in middle east countries.....huh..

Look at here in Doha, and Dubai,Oman etc. There are churches and Temples and they can practice their religion without disturbing the official religious things... But in west, muslims has to fight to protect their belief.....
