just called hubby (woke him up! lol) and the hurricane is about 4 hours off the coastline of Houston. Where we live didn't have to be evacuated but will still catch a lot of the spin off tornadoes, high winds and flooding. At our farm it doesn't take much of a wind to lose power so this will probably knock it out completely...

Lisa...I can't imagine what you've been through since Katrina, rita...and now Gustave with a possibility of Ike. We are on the "clean" side of the hurricane...you're not...You know you are in my prayers as well...
