its actually the people taking decisions in this place.I mean some of the laws they come up with you ask yourself if it really from their brains they think from or from their posterior.
I mean dig this law. One is not allowed to wash his car with the water that is tapped and purifed and so on.i.e potable. there is a fine levied on one who gets caught washing his car. now who's cars are all bright and clean in the morning washed by their drivers even before they wake up, what water did he use to wash that, bottled water? I understand that all these carwash have been levied a tax they have to pay. No check the next part. I left my car in the garage the other day since it needed repairs.i hadn't washed it for a while since it had broken down and was in the garage anyway.The mechanic called me and said i should have washed my car cos I could get a fine or he may get fined driving my dirty car from his garage to industrial area. Now i thought, there was a fine for washing ones car. Or was it for not washing ones car? Which one is it?Or do just pay the fine either way i mean just a way to get money from expats already paying through their noses.
