Most of the comments delve into emotional issues and (politics?). The Philippine International School-Qatar or PISQ is a well-equipped school with a very good, talented, and experienced, committed faculty coupled with caring attitude and sterling performances in their field.
I am a witness to this as a parent.
Before I enrolled my kids I made comparative research about PSD and PISQ. I don't care who manages the school... but I do care about how the teachers teach my kids. Most of the displeased "parents" have wantonly maligned PISQ but the school shrugged it off. PISQ did not even bother to entertain those lofty, emotional and false-ridden comments. That is because PISQ knows it has the EDGE over PSD when it comes to the teaching staff.
First, the teachers passed through a very rigid selection process: IQ & MA test, academic test, psycho and neuro test,English test, essay test, attitude and interest test, three times interview process, shortlisting, background check, criminal record check, medical check, and demo teaching for the "finalists".
The best of the "best" was then offered an opportunity to be with the PISQ.
Great!
This was their recruitment process through a legitimate and excellent recruitment agency.

How about PSD? Never heard of it.
