For the benefit of the doubt to what the judge decides, i think he said can not be divorced, in a sense that they are not yet officially married because it will take effect on her 18th yeart of age...so the judge can not do anything to annul the agreement between the father and the man.

"There's nothing we can do to change the past, if it teaches  you a lesson profit from it then, forget it."
