There is nothing in Islam that prohibits u from marrying her and doing what u want...
If u have issues with going public with it ( familly back home wont understand, u r not sure if it is the real thing etc etc..) , you can always make it between u , her and God ( and 2 whitnesses off course) untill u can make up ur mind about these issues..
This is off course provided she is a christian or a jew..ie believer..
If she is not, then u might want to introduce her to the idea of God, and if she would choose to convert.
If she is not a believer and would not to convert to Islam, chritianity or Juadism, leave her, and God will send u someone else :) women are not exaclly in short supply if u know what i mean.
