its a sign of strength in men to cry. Too many times I've seen grown men try to hold back tears when their hearts are broken for whatever reason and then the hurt just sits inside their heart and mind and festers. Have enough courage to let the emotion go. Our Creator gave us the ability to cry for a reason.

Grant me the senility to forget the people I never liked,the good fortune to run into the ones I do,and the eyesight to tell the difference.
