I am "in" for capitalism but a Capitalism with a soul. Look at what happened to a very capitalistic U.S.?

Working for someone, for anyone... i would always consider being ethical. Unethical companies? They are responsible for themselves while I am trying to be responsible for my own morality and innermost persona.

No company ever wanted to lay-off any good employees but if the inevitable comes, there could be no choice and i do believe that the last to go are the treasured ones.
