As far as I know, you can only get your MIL on a 1 month visa from the immigration near airport or a 6 month family visa at the immigration dept. Usually RP for MIL is not approved. However if its RP that you are interested in, go and try for yourself. I have been pleasently surprised everytime, I have gone there myself.
