One of the worst if not THE WORST customer care service banks in the world. Try going to the Hamad hospital branch, you would have to sit like an idiot for a while before your turn comes up. This happens even if there are no other customers there. Those ladies still have a lot to learn regarding banking and each consults the other, just like the "Blind leading the blind". No one is sure about any rules.
Does anyone have an idea about IBQ? Some of the customers seem to be happy as of now, not sure if they would go the CBQ way soon.
