go to the market near the souk wehre there are loads of mobile phone shops - went yesaterday as i have a friend in US who is buying me the new i-phone soon. The guy said for me to call him when i get it to check if they can unlock it - they can unlock the previous version but not sure if they have the software available for the 3.0 version.
