Hi Duncheski,I have been following your comments, I am currently in the same situation as yours. the actual offence happened in 2007 end. was taken to public prosecution and booked for drink driving paid qrs.2000/- bail and a further qrs.20,000/- to leave the country as i was on a business visa. I did not hire a lawyer and the court verdict came last year as 2 months jail term and a qrs.200/- for a stay order, had the 200qrs paid through a friend as Im over seas and the sentence is currently stayed. im unsure what to do next. If you could advise me about a your lawer and what he charges I will be usefull for me, awaiting your reply
