there is a easy way to peel the garlic without having to get that card!
Just use one of your bigger knifes, lay it flat(edge is horizontal instead of vertical) on the garlic and press down (like it is flattening it) then just roll the garlic and all the peels will come right off, and it only take a few seconds!
