I had a similar experience and had complained to the KFC Qatar Management and they didnt bother to investigate into this matter. Next what I did was I contacted the HQ in the US, which goes by the name Yum! and told them my grievance. After two days i got a call from KFC Qatar asking for a meeting with me.

What i would request you to do is go to the link below and send in your feedback and complaints in the feedback page. and wait and see the call you get from KFC Qatar.
