I suggest you just finish at least 12 months so you can get your 21 days Annual leave convertible to cash to help you with your airfare back home. Usually, 1 way back to India is max 1,000 QR only. your employer would probably let you go after a year. If they don't, do something that they would give you a reason to be fired. :D at least, you'll be leaving.
