Do the rental properties usually come furnished or unfurnished, say for the QR11,000 price range?

Moving off the original subject. One of my children is special needs/learning difficulties. Would the (standard) schools take her? If so, which one and how much can I expect to pay?

....and one for my wife... will we be able to get satellite TV with SKY channels?
