Personally, I dont see the work of an artist here. Looks like somebody made a swimsuit with a poster that could be found in about a zillion homes/establishments in India. Cant see anything added to it in terms of colors/design/whatever. So how do we call it an artist's freedom of expression?
Maybe a 'designer's freedom to stitch something out of a poster cloth and get some mileage from the hue and cry it would surely cause and look like victims/martyrs for the cause of 'freedom of expression' in the process?? I mean , the designer has spent some time in India, she doesnt need to be a rocket scientist to know for certian that this move is not exactly gonna put her in the 'top 10' list of most loved people in india. If those guys still chose to do it, they must definitely have had more in mind than jus binging out a new piece of swimwear.
Guess there's more than one way to get publicity and pulling any religion in is one sure shot way! They should thank the conservatives for playing out the role that was expected of them!
