Yeah nic i seriously agree with you but since that person is not ready to go and file we need to encourage him so that he can file the case, now what is happen is happen we cannot change it but at least by doing that he will get what is his rights, sorry buddy i am really not sure of the laws here just that i want him to get well soon and get what he is supposed to get from the karwa department..
