Let them wear what they want, at least they are true to themselves. Do you wear something because you like it or just because you want to impress others? Life here is too short to be tied up in the so called dress code which a society considers 'decent'.  Get out of the box and feel free. There is nothing wrong with this kind of clothing unless one just lost his way from a sauna bath and wearing nothing.
