@ Rony Thanks. Personal freedom is a big factor for us. I woudn't want to force my wife into wearing a burkha. On top without a job for a couple of years, her qualifications/experience may become useless in future.

@Blue panthers What I gather from the JD and discussions, the work looks quite challenging. Right now, we are also looking at a time period of one year (two at most) before returning to Europe.
