BUT, i did bring her back on my sponsorship and as soon as she went to apply for RP they found out and deported her.

If she comes back on visit visa then she cannot apply for driving license, work, and if they find her they will deport her again.

This is the problem, so what you are saying is that she can only be on visit visa? 

Can we apply for this visit visa on the same passport she was blacklisted on?
