I'm hoping the British Embassy will NOT let this be swept under the carpet. Imagine if something like this happened in UK that person would certainly still be in jail with murder charges and certainly not still gainfully employed.

@xedesmarie, the responsibility is on the person drinking NOT the establishment. If one is not fit to drive, one should call a taxi, costs you 50qr and it might have saved a life that night
