The lack of lights and the way roundabouts are constructed is what the blame should be on. Why is the nationality of the guy the spot of the interest to some? Theory 1, people should not drink and drive. OK, living here single, when you can not even access the beach on a weekend, suggests that you do not go for few drinks to calm down your frustrations? oh you can wait 7 hours for a public transportation or a taxi..
Theory 2, People made it to the moon hundred years ago, Qatar is not a poor country and can surely afford a set of 300 $ lights above each stupid roundabout i think?
