There is absolutely nothing wrong in warning your citizens about the possible dangers. It's the their prerogative to choose to travel with acceptable risks.
The govt of India just talks and has accepted that it is not possible to stop bomb blasts/ terrorism in India. So based on Indian govt's. incompetence, those 5 countries have issued the travel advisory.
If India wants to attract tourists then it has to improve everything from rugged roads to filthy airports to one's security.
I am a born and bred Indian and ignoring these facts won't help nothing :-(
