flexicode - there is no expiration date whatsoever in my husband's NOC, the NOC clearly stated that my husband can come back anytime to work there in qatar so it did not cross our minds that there is a expiration for that certification.my husband is thinking of trying to apply to other company there in qatar but here in the philippines theres no opening yet.
bhat001,hr.aes - my husband's NOC is also translated in arabic,it is not stated in my husband's NOC that it is only valid for six months.now that you mentioned it, maybe that is the reason why my husbands visa is rejected twice,but i read in other sites that if you have NOC you can come back anytime,they did not mention about the validity of NOC.thanks for your reply.
