me too had a bad experience w/ masreq in c-ring customer service! they have customer service who dont know what really a customer service is!!! he even told me "i'm not working for you!"

so instead of applying for additional transactions, i applied for my card cancellation for i dont want to have anything to do with that bank again...

they're also giving wrong informations in the teller like you cannot pay your credit card over the counter as the system will not allow!!! crazy!!! and want me to pay through their machine w/c i dont like as i want to pay the exact amount for closing purposes...

before i leave i told the guy & girl next time dont give wrong informations to your customers, for i know we can pay over the counter as every month my friend was paying my credit card w/o my credit card w/ him and he's doing it over the counter!!!
