hi champ, my husband had the same problem. that was 3 years ago already when police caught him drunk while driving, he was scheduled for a hearing tomorow, and i am so woried.. he has no lawyer to attend with him. Do we really need a lawyer for this? please give us advice I am so worried. :( thanks.
