Thank you, the problem in Canada is we don't have a Qatar Embassy here, and I don't feel like sending them in the US as it may take forever. On a 2nd note, my highest grade was in France, do I need to attest it from a notary public here in Canada, or do I need to go to french embassy? I have some professional designations here, can they substitute the diplomas? Thx a lot
