Nothing to do with being pampered...back home, going to the pub at 15 is a right of passage, and there are plenty of fights and incidents with unpampered kids...in this part of the world, they have to make the best and frankly, who can blame them. In London, the 'Milkman' would be delivering products FAR worse than alcohol!!!
