Actually, contrary to popular belief, posting a pic of a dog, gives people to much info. (I've asked for one to be posts to the QAWS FB page - it is easier to find them, then)
Meaning that any of the dog's markings can be seen and anyone can identify the dog as THEIR own.
My Husky has one marking no-one knows about, and if ever she goes missing, it will be the one thing I can use to ID her. Having them Microchipped is also helpful:-)
